Chief Human Resources Officer (Interim)

Jane Mannon is the Director Human Resources Operations for Penn State Health Milton S Hershey Medical Center and is currently serving as interim Chief Human Resources Officer.

Ms. Mannon is responsible for strategic and tactical leadership of HMC human resource operations and HR Business Partners and the alignment of business objectives with sound human resources principles and practices.  This oversight includes employee and labor relations, performance management, change management, organizational development, succession planning, policy development and employee engagement and employee advocacy. 

Ms. Mannon possesses over 28 years experience in Human Resources Management with 26 of those years being at Hershey Medical Center in progressively more responsible roles including Recruitment, Labor Relations and Employee Relations.

Ms Mannon has a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from Saint Francis College and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Millersville University and is a Member of the Society for Human Resources Management and Human Resources Professionals for Central Pennsylvania.  Ms. Mannon is also certified as a Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP) through the Human Capital Institute.
