Penn State Hershey Allergy, Asthma and Immunology promotes quality educational programming. Program Director, Dr. Timothy Craig is Co-Director of the BMS-571 Graduate Clinical Rotation Course and has been the Program Director for fellows in Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology since 2005. He has resident advisees and has been the clinical advisor for many M.D./Ph.D. candidates. He received the Mentor Award from the medical student class of 2008, the Mentor Award from the Department of Professional Development, the Nancy Kruger Award for Clinical Scholarship, the Best Teacher Award in the Department of Medicine, the Best Teacher Award by the medical student class of 2001, Teacher of the Year for 2010 from the Lion Care clinic and Excellence in Teaching Award from medical students rotating on Medicine in 2011. And most importantly, in the year 2009, he was designated as a Distinguished Educator for Penn State College of Medicine.
