New Careers in Medicine program helps students explore future career opportunities

Careers in Medicine is a new student-run organization at Penn State College of Medicine. Offering a variety of resources from shadowing experiences to residency advice, the purpose of this program is to provide students with additional guidance as they decide on a future specialty. See below for more information about the new Careers in Medicine program and to learn how you can get involved.

Nationwide Residency Registry
Provide your feedback about your current residency program, away rotations, and previous interview experiences to help us create a database that will enable medical students to make more informed decisions about selecting a residency program and other important career decisions. By filling out the brief surveys below, your feedback will help make this registry an invaluable tool for current students.

Your responses will only be visible to current medical students on an internal website and will remain anonymous unless you choose to provide your name and e-mail address, indicating that you are willing to answer additional questions from current Penn State College of Medicine students.

Video Project
Careers in Medicine is creating a series of video interviews with Hershey program directors to give students a brief overview of the different specialties offered at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. The first video is available here.
