Penn State Orthopaedics, part of the Penn State Hershey Bone and Joint Institute is located in the Centre Medical Sciences Building and has been providing general orthopaedics, sports medicine, physiatry, and physical therapy services to the State College community and Penn State University varsity athletes since 1994.

Whether you are a dedicated athlete, a weekend warrior, or an armchair quarterback, we have the medical professionals and facilities to evaluate and treat your condition.  All of our physicians are board certified or board eligible, and we participate with most major insurance plans within the Greater State College area.

Medical services are delivered in our convenient and modern facility adjacent to Mount Nittany Hospital, and we are open from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on every weekday.  In addition, our physical therapy department has extended hours during the evening for patient convenience.

Penn State Orthopaedics services all 29 sports teams at Penn State as well as area high schools and the general public.  We provide a wide array of services within the traditional sports medicine setting.
