Breast Cancer Support Group


This group is open to anyone with breast cancer and "long time" survivors of breast cancer. Family and significant others are welcome to attend the group. Groups are educational and supportive.


Healing Yoga

This is a gentle, healing class for people recovering from cancer*, and those who are supporting a loved-one.  We use the powerful techniques of Kundalini Yoga to increase your vitality and help you deeply relax.  Scientific research suggests that yoga can help reduce the effects of stress, improve sleep, lower blood pressure, assist the immune system, relieve anxiety and depression, and help people find meaning and hope - so important for recovery. Moving Forward


An informal setting where you can meet other women diagnosed with breast cancer within the past five years. Share advice from your own experience to help others, receive support and give strength to each other during and after cancer treatment. Participate in occasional crafts and other activities that promote conversation and healing in a fun, interactive way. Bring a family member or friend.
