Healing Yoga

This is a gentle, healing class for people recovering from cancer*, and those who are supporting a loved-one.  We use the powerful techniques of Kundalini Yoga to increase your vitality and help you deeply relax.  Scientific research suggests that yoga can help reduce the effects of stress, improve sleep, lower blood pressure, assist the immune system, relieve anxiety and depression, and help people find meaning and hope - so important for recovery. Hereditary Breast/Ovarian Cancer Syndrome

Wherever you are in the process of determining your cancer risk or risk management options, there is a good chance that other people are going through the same thing and are available to offer support. Click here to join a local group today and attend any of our upcoming events.

Prostate Cancer Support Group

The support group is open to all men who are newly diagnosed or dealing with recurrent or advanced prostate cancer, along with their spouses, family members and caretakers.  Meetings will provide encouragement, hope, education, emotional support, personal interactions, and mentoring of new patients.
