The Children's Hospital serves children from newborn to 18 years of age. All of these children have their own unique needs while they are hospitalized.

If you are considering making a donation please call the Child Life staff for guidelines 717-531-8366 or childlife@hmc.psu.edu. All donations must be approved by Child Life staff before they can be accepted.  Remember we cannot display denominational or religious materials.  We are unable to accept gently used toys or homemade items.

If you are considering making a monetary donation check should be made payable to “Penn State University”, notation on memo line “to benefit PSHCH-Child Life”.

Visiting Policies
Because our patients are so acutely ill, we are unable to allow donors to deliver gifts or give parties for the children.

Donation Delivery
Please remember that all donations must be approved by the Child Life Program prior to delivery.  Deliver donations to the information desk in the main lobby between 8 am and 7 pm. You will be asked to provide your name and address at the time of delivery.
