You are encouraged to complete the Uniform Application,  and provide a copy with your cover letter.  The Uniform Application Program is being utilized by a number of training programs including ours and is designed to have one application that can be submitted to and used by other training programs. 

Applications are invited from qualified students who have received or are eligible to receive the doctor of veterinary medicine degree. Senior veterinary students with a 3.00 junior-senior average and with appropriate course backgrounds will be considered for admission following graduation from veterinary school. The best-qualified applicants will be accepted up to the number of spaces that are available for new students. Exceptions to the minimum 3.00 grade-point average may be made for individuals with special backgrounds, abilities, and interests.
