Cardiac bypass patient volunteers needed (IRB# 38065)

Description:

Cardiac bypass patient volunteers are needed for a research study determining the effects of different types of exercise training following cardiac bypass surgery.

 

Eligibility:

Cardiac bypass volunteers

  • 21 - 79 years old
  • Non-smoker
  • Not pregnant

 

Additional Study Details:

Volunteers will

  • Participate in one of four exercise programs after bypass surgery (one program is no exercise)
  • Attend six visits to the medical center for physiological testing

Compensation is provided.
