Biographical Information:Hobbies and interests: My family and I enjoy going on mini vacations around the north east. I enjoy running and hiking. I love to play most sports and watch college football.
Education:Undergraduate: Utah State University Medical School: Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine
Clinical Interests:Why I chose EM: One of the main reasons I chose Penn State Hershey medical center was location. I wanted to live close to the hospital without paying the majority of my pay check for rent, and I wanted a safe area for my family. There are tons of things to do here such as visit Hershey Park, go to concerts, and hockey games. Hershey is within 3 hours to 4 major cities. The hospital is level 1 trauma center, and the ED seems to always have people waiting. The attendings are great to work with. As residents we have a a great time together during shifts, and outside of work. The senior residents are always willing to help out the junior residents, and we try to work as a team. I have enjoyed my experience so far and I continue to learn something new each day.
