Why I chose EM: pediatrics, ultrasound, OB/GYN patient education. I have a terrible sense of direction and it is always well labeled so I can find my job; I like to work hard at work and then go home and leave my work at work; vulnerable patient population, mix of procedures and brain exercise, team atmosphere, flexibility in scheduling with family life.
