Diabetes (Adult)

Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month and consist of discussion and/or speakers. 

1:30 p.m. - Mohler Senior Center, 25 Hope Drive

You do not need to sign up to attend this support group and adult family members are welcome to attend also.
