Welcome to the Penn State Hershey Feeding Program
Feeding disorders can be a problem for infants and children with neurological conditions and congenital anomalies (problems acquired at birth). Our feeding program helps these children overcome eating, swallowing and chewing problems as well as nutritional deficits. The pediatric feeding program is the only such program of its kind in south central Pennsylvania.
We specialize in the treatment of children from birth to 10 years of age. We provide services through our outpatient clinics, as well as our Intensive Day Treatment Program. Your child would be seen by a team of professionals that may include a pediatric gastroenterologist, a licensed psychologist, a nutritionist, speech therapist or an occupational therapist to thoroughly evaluate and develop an individualized treatment plan for your child.
