Penn State Hershey Medical Center continues assembling resources to help the victims of the devastating earthquake in Haiti. Our first team of doctors and nurses, aligned with Partners In Health and Operation Smile, spent 10 days in Haiti. Other members of the Medical Center staff are in Haiti or scheduled to travel there soon with additional Operation Smile teams. Medical mission team members from Hershey have been updating the blog below as the infrastructure in Haiti allows.
