Including over 7,000 Transthoracic Echocardiograms, 1,000 Dobutamine Stress Echocardiograms, 1,500 Treadmill Stress Echocardiograms, 900 Transesophageal Echocardiograms, and services for bariatric patients. Services provided include diagnostic M-Mode/2-Dimensional Echocardiograms, Continuous Wave Doppler, Pulsed Wave Doppler, Pulsed Wave Doppler, Color Flow Doppler, and Contrast Echocardiography.
We are committed to excellence. Our lab is one of a select group of Echocardiography Laboratories in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico to be granted accreditation by the Intersocietal Commission for Accredited Echocardiography Laboratories (ICAEL) for all lab modalities. We are one on only sixty labs in the country to have an affiliated Adult Congenital Heart Disease Program. The laboratory remains a leader in the use of the latest technological advances. We offer supine bike Stress Echocardiograms, AV and VV optimization, Strain/Strain Rate imaging, 3D imaging capabilities, and are participants in over 30 research studies. Our laboratory offers a full range of services for Congestive Heart Failure, Adult Congenital disease, Electrophysiology, Cardiac Transplant, and Liver Transplant.
Services are routinely available Monday through Friday form 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It is always preferred that these procedures be scheduled in advance to ensure patients are treated with minimal waiting time. Additionally, after hour coverage is provided to accommodate emergency situations and facilitation of discharge planning.
