Our Job Fair will be held on-campus, in the Penn State Health Children's Hospital Tree House Cafe. The campus address is 500 University Drive, Hershey, PA, 17033. Directions to our campus can be found here (enter your address and click "Get Directions").
Q: Where will the job fair be held?
A: The job fair will be held in the Penn State Health Children's Hospital Tree House Cafe (a campus map is available here.) Upon entering the Main Entrance, there will be signs directing you to the event.
Q: How do I get there?
A: We are located at 500 University Drive, Hershey, PA, 17033. Directions to our campus can be found here (enter your address and click "Get Directions").
Q: Where do I park?
A: Free parking is available in the Centerview Parking Garage, and additional parking will be designated by posted signs on the day of the event. Please note that any parked vehicles that obstruct traffic, obstruct other parked vehicles, or otherwise hinder Medical Center operations may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
Our Patient Visitor Express Shuttle (WHITE) provides service for patients and visitors between the Centerview Parking Garage, Main and North entrances. Hours of service are Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 12 a.m. Please note: there are BLUE vans also running the same routes; however, they are only used for transporting those visitors who are patients.
Valet parking is available for a nominal fee per vehicle. Those with a disabled designated vehicle may valet park at no charge. Valet parking is available from 5 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. After 5:30 p.m., your keys will be available at the main information desk.
Q: What positions will you be recruiting for?
A: We will be recruiting for Registered Nurse and LPN positions. Current openings are listed here. You may apply online for any position you are interested in.
Q: How should I dress?
A: Professional attire (suit/slacks/dresses) is recommended.
Q: Should I bring my resume?
A: We encourage you to bring your resume; however, please note that, to officially be considered for an open position, you must apply through our website.
Q: Is there a cost to attend?
A: No, there is no fee to attend our job fair.
Q: What if I can't make the time frame?
A: We hope to see you at our job fair. However, we understand that due to time constraints, not everyone who wishes to attend will be available at this time. We strongly encourage anyone who is interested in working at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center to view our current openings and apply online.
Q: Will I be guaranteed an interview?
A: We will have recruiters available to discuss open positions, and unit managers available to meet with interested candidates. Unfortunately, due to time constraints and availability, we will be unable to grant everyone who attends an interview.
Q: What should I expect at the job fair?

Q: Will you be recruiting for Graduate Nurses or Student Nurse Externs?

Q: Are you only recruiting for the Children's Hospital?
A: Not at all. In addition to the Children's Hospital, we are also recruiting for positions in various inpatient and outpatient units at Penn State Milton S. Hershey.

A: Milton S. Hershey Medical Center has a variety of programs in place for high school and college students, including observation/career shadowing, clinical/research internships, nursing clinical placements, and healthcare career informational tours.
