"I think it is important in nursing to keep motivated and challenged. Penn State Hershey Medical Center has offered that for me over the years through continuing education, mentoring and precepting students, and sharing my experiences with others. At the same time, Hershey has allowed me the space to broaden my horizons as an individual, which I believe is a strength that allows me to give as a nurse and still manage the pressures demanded day after day."
