We are actively involved in basic, translational and clinical research in immunotherapeutics.  The list below categorizes our current research portfolio.  We have had some encouraging results in our melanoma work.

 

High Dose Interleukin-2 followed by temozolomide

Some of our patients have been cured by this approach. One of our patients had widespread metastatic disease including involvement of the brain. The patient is completely well now 4 years out from treatment. We continue on to try to understand this and hence increase the number of patients who benefit
