Melanoma Center Symposium - Current
Thirteenth Annual Minisymposium on Melanoma
The Melanoma Center would like to invite you to attend the Fourteenth Annual Minisymposium on Melanoma, tentatively scheduled for May 18, 2015. Please check back for details or email Teah at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive updates.
The Mini-symposium also provides outreach to the community through education and increasing awareness about the disease. Starting in 2002 with the appointment of Dr. Gavin Robertson, the Melanoma Program at the Penn State Hershey Cancer Institute annually presented Mini symposia on Melanoma. These Symposia have attracted experts from all over the United States to address the burning issues confronting researchers, clinicians and patients in the quest to find a cure for this devastating disease.
The Mini-symposium provides local schools with an opportunity to expose their students to translational science by visiting basic science areas, clinical care areas, animal facilities, radiation oncology and the new Children's Hospital
No prior registration is required. This event is free. EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO ATTEND!
