The tenth annual Diabetes Symposium, a continuing education service of Penn State College of Medicine, will be held on Nov. 21 at the Hotel Hershey. There also will be a live feed from Hershey to the Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College. The video conference will follow the same schedule as the live meeting. Family practice and internal medicine physicians, nurse practitioners and diabetes educators are invited to attend to learn more about how to manage diabetes and its complications. Presentations will be geared toward a practical approach to the problem.

CME credit is available for attendees. The fees for the program are $65 per person if attending in Hershey and $20 per person to attend the video conference in State College.
