The Neurology Clerkship is a four-week rotation that should provide a setting for 4th year medical students to learn Clinical Neurology. In unique situations, third year students may do Neurology with permission from the clerkship director. The clerkship should be utilized as a continuum to the Neural and Behavioral science block that you had in the second year.
You may find it beneficial to review your notes from the second year course. For students that are interested in Neurology as a possible career or if you just want to learn more Neurology, it is strongly recommended that the student do an Acting Internship (AI) rotation.
