Pain Management

Penn State Hershey Neurosurgery offers comprehensive surgical management of drug-resistant pain problems. We work with our Penn State Hershey Pain Management Center to provide our patients with the best treatment possible. Once a patient has exhausted more conservative management, our Neurosurgery team will review the patient's symptoms and diagnosis to determine if they would be a candidate for: 

• Medication Pump
• Spinal Cord Stimulator/Dorsal Column Stimulator

These procedures are most common in patients with: 

• Chronic Pain
• Dysesthetic Lower Limb Pain (DLLP)
