Refresher Class

 

Parents who have previously completed a "Childbirth Preparation Series" will benefit from attending the refresher class. It includes a review of the process of labor and delivery, relaxation techniques, and breathing patterns.  A tour of inpatient women's health unit is included.

 

Facilitator(s):

  • All classes are taught by certified childbirth educators and registered nurses.
