ImageK

ImageK is an image analysis program to register multiple MRI sequences
and segment articular cartilage for quantitative MRI (qMRI) analysis.
There is a growing interest in using qMRI to identify degenerative
changes in cartilage, including the Osteoarthritis Initiative (OAI), a
large multicentered prospective study sponsored by the NIH. Currently,
the software is completing beta testing. The software executable
files, source code, and example files will be made freely available on
a release date in Spring of 2009.

If you are interested in using this software before this date, please email Ken Urish
