Applicants should have completed prior ACGME-accredited residency training and be American (ABMS) Board-certified or Board-eligible in combined Clinical/Anatomic Pathology, Clinical Pathology only, Hematology (Pediatric or Internal Medicine), Anesthesiology, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Pediatrics, Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Colon and Rectal Surgery, Neurological Surgery, or Thoracic Surgery.
Our 2012 and 2013 positions have been filled. Our application process for 2014 is now open.
To apply for our 2014 position, please forward your complete application electronically as one file via email to rdomen@hmc.psu.edu and asmith5@hmc.psu.edu. Your complete application will include: CAP Standardized Pathology Fellowship Application, a cover letter with personal statement, curriculum vitae, a copy of USMLE test scores (or equivalent), a letter of recommendation and verification of training from current/most recent program director, and two to three additional letters of recommendation.
