Physical Activities Training

Because exercise contributes to the effectiveness of all weight loss programs, we recommend a combination of increased physical activity and decreased sedentary lifestyle activities including TV, video games, computer games, etc.

  • All children and teens should get at least 60 minutes of general physical activity every day!
  • We will slowly build up endurance with an aerobic exercise program for the whole family.
  • Limit screen time to less that 2 hours a day.
