Requirements listed here are in addition to general Graduate School requirements stated in the How to Apply section of the Graduate Bulletin.
- Applicants must have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
- The junior/senior GPA must be at least 3.0.
- Applicants whose native language is not English must provide evidence of proficiency in English with a minimum acceptable score for the TOEFL exam.
- Admission is based on evaluation by the Graduate Application Review Committee of the Department of Public Health Sciences of the undergraduate transcript, written responses, and two letters of recommendation.
- Research experience of the applicant is also a significant component of the evaluation process.
- Qualified applicants may be invited to visit the department for an interview prior to acceptance decisions.
