Lab Interest:
Protein ubiquitination and the function of ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis; drug discovery and bioinformatics; deciphering how proteins in the endoplasmic reticulum are selectively degraded and on the identification of drug targets in this pathway for several human disease; how cellular levels of the transcription factors NFkB and HIF are regulated by ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis.
