Lab Interest:
Studies focus on the molecular mechanisms of skin carcinogenesis. We focus on both ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) regulation and the role of mTORC1- and mTORC2-dependent pathways in skin tumor promotion using a variety of transgenic mouse lines and in vitro systems. Other work studies
the mechanism of mRNA stability control in transformed cells.
