Resident Research

All Residents
There is strong support for research in our residency program.  Basic research design and methodology are presented didactically with the primary goal of being able to critically read scientific literature.  This experience is reinforced during the residents’ monthly journal club where they take turns presenting and critically evaluating pertinent articles with the assistance of a senior research faculty member. Further, active participation in ongoing research is available through participation in electives with research faculty.
