How to Apply

All Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship applications must be processed through ERAS, available December 1, 2007 for July 2009 admission.

Criteria for review of application includes:  Scores of 200 or higher on all USMLEs and, if applicable, a J-1 visa or green card.  Our university does not accept H1B visas.
