The Department of Purchasing and Contracting supports our institution by achieving the maximum quality, value, and services for institutional dollars spent, in a framework of cooperation, compliance and ethical trade practices. 

We are responsible for the procurement and internal movement of supplies, equipment, and services necessary for the operation of Penn State Hershey Medical Center and Penn State College of Medicine.
