Regulatory Compliance Fees

Human Subjects Protection Office and the Office of Research Affairs strengthen compliance with the various federal and state laws, agency regulations and guidelines, and institutional policies and standards and thereby collectively help ensure the integrity of the sponsored research process throughout Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Grants and Contracts that include Indirect Costs at the federally-negotiated rate and projects supported by Not-for-Profit Sponsors are exempted from the Regulatory Compliance Fee.
