If you wish to participate as a visiting resident or fellow in an elective experience within one of our ACGME accredited programs, please follow the instructions listed below. You will work with the GRADUATE MEDICAL EDUCATION office to arrange your experience. The GME office will assist you in obtaining and completing all required documentation.
An email will be returned to you within 10 working days regarding approval/non-approval of the rotation request and any further instructions. (*All rotation requests must be received 60 days prior to the rotation start date.)

- List the name(s) of anyone you have spoken to at PSHMC regarding the rotation (ie., program director, program coordinator, faculty member, office secretary, etc.)
