University Fitness Center - Healthy Living Classes

Looking for a realistic way to fit physical activity into your life? Try Active Living Every Day! This program teaches you skills such as overcoming barriers, goal setting, and managing time to help you fit physical activity into your life and keep it there!

Active Living Every Day is open to the public. It is a program within Lifestyles Returns, so Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center employees will have out-of-pocket expenses for Active Living Every Day partially reimbursed via a contribution to their HRA.

INSTRUCTORS:
Jennifer Price, Rob Mikesell and Deb Tregea. Jen, Rob and Deb are University Fitness Center exercise physiologists and trained facilitators of Active Living Every Day™.

*Class minimum is 7 participants, maximum is 15
