Pilates with Jen Price
Pilates is a system of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. Classes will feature Joseph Pilates' initial teachings, the Matwork, from Introductory to Beginner or Beginner to Intermediate levels depending on the session.
*Three-week sessions are intended for beginners but open to experienced students who would like to refine their skills and review concepts.
Pilates with Deb Tregea
Pilates mat class that are grounded in Pre-Pilates fundamentals and build through beginner to intermediate exercises. Monday night is the primary teaching session where new material is introduced. Thursday is a guided workout, repeating the work introduced on Monday.
