University Fitness Center - Specialty Class - Spin and Tone
Are you looking for a quick and intense cardio and strength training workout? We will start the class by interval training for 30 to 40 minutes. We guarantee to burn up to 500 calories in a class! We will continue our high intensity and energy off the bike focusing on sculpting and toning our muscle groups. We will utilize our own body weight, dumbbells, stability balls and the BOSU to tighten and lift our lower body, tone and slim our upper body. You will love the ever changing workouts and quickness of getting in and getting out.
