University Fitness Center - Specialty Class - Strong Women
The StrongWomen program is an evidence-based strength training program that is safe and effective for midlife and older women. The benefits of the program include:
- Increased muscle mass and strength
- Improved bone density and reduced risk of osteoporosis and related fractures
- Reduced risk of diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, depression, and obesity
- Improved self-confidence
*All sessions are 6-weeks in length unless stated otherwise.

If you are an experienced Strong Woman, please inquire about our "Booster" class that meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
For New or Experienced Students:
- April 22 - June 3 (No Class May 27)

- July 29 - September 9 (No Class September 2)
