Weight Watchers at Work

DISCOUNTED PRICE:    The cost for the seventeen week program has been reduced to $175.

The Weight Watchers AT WORK program is a group participation program designed to support the special weight loss needs and concerns of working people.  The new Momentum plan helps you look at food in a fresh way.  You’ll learn to eat smarter so you stay fuller longer, and you'll get strategies for beating hunger and temptation.  Please visit the Weight Watchers website for more information on this new program.

Your registration includes free access to Weight Watchers eTools, the internet weight loss companion. With eTools and weekly meetings, members lost 30% more weight than those attending weekly meetings alone.

Please contact lfetchko@hmc.psu.edu for further information.
