University Fitness Center - Workshop Classes

Learn new techniques and skills in these special focus workshops without the long term commitment of a multi-week program.

  • Your safety when shopping, travelling, or even going to a restaurant

Empower yourself with knowledge, skills, and confidence with this carefully designed self-defense training program.

  • First hour is classroom instruction covering surroundings awareness and risk avoidance
  • Remainder of workshop is practical application or tactical aerobics
