T-Tapp Workshop with Deborah Etter

Saturday October 23
10:45 AM - Noon (Main Session)

A variety of T-Tapp workouts will be included in this session.  The workshop will start with "T-Tapp Basic Plus" that will work five to seven muscles with each move and then work the core in "Hit the Floor" before finishing it out with moves from "Step Away the Inches".  There will be a good amount of information covered so please arrive on time with water, a small towel, and lots of enthusiasm!

*Must own and be familiar with the T-Tapp Basic Workout Plus OR own the book "Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes".

If you are new to T-Tapp: Come to the free short seminar prior to the main workshop session from 10:15 - 10:40 AM.  Books will be available for purchase at a discounted rate at this seminar.
