University Fitness Center - Conference Center Facilities

Constructed in 2007, the University Conference Center was designed to support the meeting and conferencing needs of our multi-mission campus. With state-of-the-art audiovisual amenities and flexible room design options, the facility is well-suited for a variety of presentation styles for both large and small groups.

To make a University Conference Center reservation:

Create a booking in Meeting Room Manager
Complete the UCC Request Form

The University Conference Center is governed by a unique set of room use rules and requirements which are detailed in the Policy: Use of University Conference Center Facilities. Prior to scheduling, users should familiarize themselves with this information, which includes general policies and the facility fee and penalty structure.

For your convenience, a separate guidelines document is also available to assist customers who are planning special events.
