- Trainers
As exercise physiologists and personal trainers, we can give you the health, fitness, exercise, diet and nutrition instruction to help you achieve the results that you want and deserve! Whether it is designing workout programs, weight training routines, improving your physical health, helping you recover from a sport injury or just providing motivation for a health, exercise, and fitness goal - we can help you.
- Jonelle Faust - Exercise Physiologist - Jonelle has a B.S. in Sports Medicine concentrating in Athletic Training. Her continuing education and professional certifications are through AAAI/ISMA for Pilates Mat I/II, Weight Training, Personal Training, Aerobics and Step Aerobics, as well as Balanced Body University Reformer I/II and Spinning certification through Mad Dogg Athletics. Coming from State College, Jonelle worked as a fitness instructor for PSU Health Matters teaching a variety of classes including Pilates, Pilates Plus, Fit and Fifty, and Body, Strength and Mind. Additionally, she presented for PSU kinesiology classes on Core Fusion in regards to Pilates training and taught Pilates Reformer classes at East Coast Health and Fitness. Jonelle can work with a variety of clients is available to take appointments afternoons, evenings, and some weekends. Contact Jonelle.
- Rob Mikesell -Senior Exercise Physiologist - Rob is a graduate of the master's degree program in Sports Science at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). His continuing education and professional certifications include the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Health Fitness Instructor and a facilitator of Active Living Every Day (ALED) through the Aerobics Institute and Human Kinetics. Rob is available to take appointments afternoons, evenings, and some weekends. Contact Rob.
- Jennifer Price - Senior Exercise Physiologist - Jen has a B.S. in Kinesiology from PSU as well as additional advanced certifications as a Gold-Certified Advanced Health & Fitness Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer from the American Council on Exercise, TRX Suspension Training instructor and a facilitator of Active Living Every Day (ALED). Jen is also a Level-1 Certified Peak PilateSystem instructor in Matwork, Reformer, and Cadillac and has done additional training through Balanced Body University and Peak Pilates for the Pilates Arc, Pilates on the foam roller, and the Pilates Stick. Jen is available to take appointments from morning to early afternoon and some weekends. Contact Jen.
- Deborah Tregea - Senior Exercise Physiologist - Deb holds a master's degree in Exercise Physiology and Sports Administration. She has a variety of professional certifications including Health Fitness Instructor from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and from the Institute for Aerobics Research (Cooper Center) and Active Living Every Day (ALED),as well as Pilates certifications from PhysicalMind and training with Stott.
