University Fitness Center - Membership

Every new membership starts with an orientation where a fitness staff member introduces you to the facility, services, and policies. An introduction to your personalized fitness program follows, with at least one training session. Our goal with the orientation is to get you started on the right foot and help you to establish a basic workout plan, which may include use of the facility and equipment, taking classes, and finding ways to be active outside of the facility-at home, at school, or at work.
