University Fitness Center - Physician Referral Membership
Physician Referred members must have a written prescription for exercise from a physician. Physician Referred memberships are available to all individuals 12 years of age and older. Physician Referred members are required to complete a new member orientation prior to independent use of the UFC. Physician Referred members under the age of 18 must complete the UFC's Youth Certification Program.
