Spin-Ata

Want to burn those extra holiday pounds?  Don't have time for long conventional workouts?  Sick of your boring routine that really hasn't given you results?  It's time to change things up with Spin-Ata training.

This six week cross training class is appropriate for all fitness levels.  Our Spin-Ata class will involve Spinning (cycling) and a variety of off-the-bike Tabata-style exercises.  The goal of this high-intensity interval training is to get the whole body involved.  Spin-Ata is cycling paired with explosive body weight exercises for extreme fat burning and toning!
