Staying Healthy - Staying Strong
This new program combines the weight training of StrongWomen and the light aerobic exercises of the StrongWomen Healthy Hearts into one program. The exercise program is designed to help maturing women stay healthy and feel stronger. The hour long program includes weight bearing exercises each designed to accommodate individuals who may be experiencing issues of balance and flexibility.
There are no upcoming sessions at this present time.
